The Training Every Skater Needs
Help your skater perform closer to how they practice, even when nerves show up.
You run clean programs in practice…
Then competition comes and suddenly:
• your legs feel like jelly
• you can’t get into your knees
• you pop jumps you always land
• one mistake turns into three
• your brain goes blank
• it feels like you forgot how to skate
I GET IT, I’VE BEEN THERE TOO.
You want to Skate your Best.
You want to Skate Clean.
Practice to Podium was built for skaters exactly like this.
Hi, my name is Colleen and I was once in your skates too.
I grew up as a competitive figure skater, competing in pairs at the national level, tore my ACL, then later earned my Masters in Sport Psychology and Masters in Counselling Psychology, becoming a Registered Psychotherapist.
I work with athletes in helping them build the mental skills to compete their best and additionally, supporting them through life’s challenges because I believe that sport can be a big part of your life but not your entire life.

BONUSES
What your skater will learn:
Module 1: Why it falls apart at competition
Module 2: How to control nerves (instead of letting them control you)
Module 3: How to stay focused (Recover faster after mistakes without spiraling so one pop or fall does not ruin the entire skate)
Module 4: Build your competition confidence plan for next season
overtraining hoping confidence appears
thinking they need more ice
losing trust in themselves
avoiding competitions
carrying mistakes for days
believing something is “wrong” with them
The problem usually isn’t skill. It’s pressure.
Without the mental side, many skaters keep:
Imagine stepping off the ice after your solo with a glowing smile knowing that you did your best
